All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
Please contact us at support@rovapet within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

📦 Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return requests made after 14 days may not be eligible.

Used or damaged products (unless defective)

Food, treats, or other perishable items

Customized or final-sale items

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
