At Rovapet, we believe your adventure with your pet should begin the moment you place an order — that’s why we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the eligible regions of the United States.


📦 Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 mainland states).
We do not ship to the following areas at this time:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO or military addresses

  • International locations


🚚 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and package size.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s progress at any time.


🚫 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@rovapet.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to assist with resolving the issue.
